Departure from Harry Reid Intl (KLAS) – the airport is on the edge of the vibrant city of Las Vegas, known for its casinos and neon lights. After takeoff, there is a view of the iconic Strip and the surrounding Mojave Desert.

Red Rock Canyon – rock formations with red walls and wavy layers. The striking color contrasts and winding hiking trails are clearly visible from above.

Mojave National Preserve – an extensive desert area with salt flats, sand dunes, and abandoned roads. The flight over it evokes an aerial trip into a western movie.

Edwards Air Force Base – the famous military base near Rogers Dry Lake. It is the site of testing for space shuttles and experimental aircraft. The extensive runways and test areas are noticeable from high altitude.

Tehachapi Pass – a windy mountain pass between the Sierra Nevada mountains, known for numerous wind turbines. It is a picturesque transition between the dry inland and greener coastal areas.

Los Angeles & Griffith Observatory – flying over the sprawling urban area. From a bird’s-eye view, you can spot the Hollywood sign, Downtown Los Angeles, and the observatory on the hill.

Malibu Coast – dramatic Pacific coastline with celebrity villas and cliffs. The flight along the ocean ends with a stunning view of bays, beaches, and surfers.

Santa Barbara Muni (KSBA) – landing at a picturesque seaside town with colonial architecture and nearby vineyards. Towers with red roofs are visible during approach.
